With room to accommodate 14 guests, the villa comes fully loaded with two swimming pools, a gym, home cinema, wine cellar, yoga space, and the option to enjoy spa treatments without leaving the property. And when you’re ready to step out, Seminyak Beach and the lively dining and nightlife scene of Eat Street are just two minutes away.

Anam 7 bedroom villa offers a relaxed yet stylish setting to bring everyone together. The only thing on your to-do list is enjoying yourself! Begin the day with a freshly prepared breakfast, then spend your time by one of the two large pools or unwind under the gazebo in the shade. Add in a massage or a mani-pedi. Then, maybe a glass of wine from the cellar, or a barbecue prepared by the chef to break up the day. As evening approaches, the rooftop lounge is the perfect spot for yoga or sunset drinks, with space for 8–10 guests and a sound system to set the atmosphere. For those feeling more energetic, push yourself in the gym which overlooks the pool area, or you can head out to Seminyak for beach time or shopping.

From chef-made meals to movie nights or nights out—it’s all up to you!

As night falls, you have plenty of choice in how to spend it. Settle in for a movie night in the home cinema, enjoy a game of cards or pool in one of the open-air living pavilions, or let the in-house chef take care of dinner (lunch and dinner available at an additional cost). Meals can be enjoyed together at the spacious 24-seat wooden dining table.  If you prefer, you can walk over to Eat Street to sample its wide range of bars and restaurants.

Set within 1,400 sqm of landscaped grounds, the villa is ideal for groups who want a mix of together time and personal space. There’s plenty of room to gather around the pool or dining areas. There’s also quieter corners to retreat to when needed. Every bedroom is equipped with a smart TV and Netflix, ensuring comfort and entertainment for everyone throughout the stay.

We offer: a) 20% last minute discount if you book 30 days or less prior to check in b) 10% long stay discount for a stay of 7 nights or more c) 10% early bird discount if you book 4 months or more in advance.

Discounts are not valid during peak season: 20 December – 8 January

Villa capacity:

The villa can fit up to 14 people.

Dining:

The villa has two 10seater wooden dining tables in the two living room pavilions. If, however, you wish to eat together, we can combine the two dining tables and have a 20pax dining area. Maximum capacity including extra seating is 24 pax.

Event info:

We can help you arrange your special event including music, decorations and F&B of course. The villa can also host weddings.

Additional charges for an event include: 1 night rate event fee, banjar (local police) fee $135 USD plus $1.500 USD security deposit fully refundable provided there are no damages.

Curfew:

As Seminyak is a residential area, music needs to be turned off by 10pm.
